1. To be familiar with CDC/AHA/ACC Guidelines regarding systems for improving BP control.
2. To be familiar with HTN drugs recommended by HTN guidelines.
3. To understand why visit frequency helps improve BP control.
4. To update and check-in on uptake of BP VISIT study and implementation of HTN best practices.
Summary of Session Goals:
This session will begin with an update on the latest HTN guidelines and recommendations for improving BP control, followed by drugs and visit frequency recommendations. The session will conclude with a discussion on the study’s current status at the practice, including implementation of HTN best practices.
