    Policy A-8: Change in the driving record or license status reporting Requirements. If the driving record status of an unlimited driving employee changes (e.g. the employee receives a driving violation), or the driver license status of an unlimited driving or limited driving employee changes (e.g. driver’s license is restricted, suspended, or revoked), the employee is required to notify the supervisor immediately and provide a copy of the citation to determine the effect the change has on the employee’s ability to meet the driving requirements of the position. The supervisor may require the employee to document in writing the nature of the driving record status change. Failure to notify the supervisor as outlined above may result in termination of employment in accordance with POLICY AND PROCEDURE CONCERNING ORIENTATION PERIODS, PROBATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION.  Policy A-25: Change in criminal history and Reporting Requirements. All employees are required to report, prior to their next work shift, to a Dungarvin supervisor when he/she has been charged with and/or convicted of any crime, or is being investigated by a governmental agency for any act or offense that may be reason for to bar or terminated employment with Dungarvin. Employees or candidates for employment who are/have been discharged from the military during the three years preceding the date of the criminal background investigation will be required to submit a copy of the military discharge papers to Dungarvin.
