Immediately bring them in for a termination meeting. This is a clear violation of company policy and that can’t be tolerated.
Confront the employee in a well-prepared meeting. In the meeting address why they don’t have enough work to fill their time and how using social media during work hours is a violation of company policy.
Their age, sex, religion, or gender.
