Digital Ad Package Order Process

CONGRATULATIONS! You have sold Digital Ad Package to your customer and now you are ready to process their order. There are several steps to the order and confirmation process and each step is critical to completing the order successfully.

    DAP Order Confirmation:
    • A. 

      Step 1: Click the "STaR Email Tools" link in the DAP customer's Siebel account.

    • B. 

      Step 2: Type "Digital" in the template field. Then choose the "Sales/Marketing - Digital Ad Package - All Other Franchises - Confirmation" email template.

    • C. 

      Step 3: Add your realtor.com email address to the BCC field. Be sure to include the " ; " before your email.

    • D. 

      Step 4: Complete the "Markets Purchased", "Price", "Total Price", and "Billing Frequency" fields. Then click "Update Merged Fields".

    • E. 

      Step 5: Review the email for accuracy and then click "Send".

    ***New DAP***(Customer First and Last Name) agreed to purchase Digital Advertising Package using (CC Type) ending in XXXX expiration date XX/XX for a MONTHLY charge of $XXXX over 3 MONTHS.  The total sale amount is $XXXX.  Customer understands that all sales are final.  This is BRANDING not Leads.  Client is buying XXXXXX areas.  Emailed the DAP Order Confirmation to them.  I attached the email with what I sent to #Realtor DAP in Siebel.

      Which realtor.com template they want to use for their ad.

    • D. 

      The website we are directing traffic to.

      Their slogan they want to appear on the ad.

    • F. 

      Their photo for the ad. Save the picture to your desktop.

    • G. 

      The brokerage logo for the ad. Save the picture to your desktop.

    • H. 

      The entire cc number, exp. date, CVN and billing address.
