Those suffering from bipolar disorder have alternating episodes of mania and depression. Bipolar II does not involve episodes of severe mania. Instead, it consists of depression and less extreme episodes of hypomania. Both Bipolar I disorders and Bipolar II disorders are serious mental illnesses that should be treated medically. Disclaimer: Due to the inevitable personal bias of conducting a self-examination, this assessment should not act as a diagnosis. If the quiz labels bipolar, don't take it to heart, but perhaps consult a psychologist for a professional analysis.
