Annual Provider Training 2017-2018

Welcome to this year's training for the Home Child Care Food Program! This annual review of our program requirements is mandatory for all providers. You will need to "pass" with a score of 75% or more, but you can take the quiz as many times as you need. You can also "save" your place and continue at a later time (use the same name and email to log in again). Throughout the quiz, links to forms and handouts are provided so you can open or save them if you like. 

Instructions: 
1.  Only the contracted provider can take the required training for Food Program. It's a contract obligation and necessary to be aware of policies and regulations that affect your participation. 
2.  Be sure to use your name as it appears on your Food Program records, not a different name.
3.  The password for this training appears in the email notice and in the annual training letter you received.
