You show the CCR's and search your chain from the date of the c-base forward.

What we should do when we go on break?

We don't consider anything very carefully...we should just look at the title and then show it in the report.
The entity who recorded the document.
Show both CCR's just to be on the safe side.
Ignore both CCR's because you are not sure.
Send a backplant request to the CPU.
Show CCR 123456 since it includes our property and ignore CCR 67890.
A Document recorded that sets forth certain rules or regulations established by a sub-divider or land owner.
A lien against the property.
A loan document that secures a note executed by the property owner.
A document conveying title from one owner to another.
The Recording Date.
The Name of the document.
The body document (particularly the definitions) for HOA's disclosed.
The legal Description.
All of the above.
It isn't important...just show the document.

Amended and Restated CCR's sometimes may only restate a portion of the original CCR and not all of it. It is important to know how the document affects the original.
