     This is a low exertion evaluation so don't worry about having to rev yourself up to push your limits.

     Please keep in mind, nothing is as good as a one on one assessment with a professional who has been specifically train for this.  The APA relies a little on your body sense.  If you feel that you should be assessed by a pro let us know where you live and we will help you find someone who is qualified.  If, for some reason we can't find anyone in your area, we will search for someone who would like to get trained and train them ourselves!  Now that's service.
