This is a low exertion evaluation so don't worry about having to rev yourself up to push your limits. Please keep in mind, nothing is as good as a one on one assessment with a professional who has been specifically train for this. The APA relies a little on your body sense. If you feel that you should be assessed by a pro let us know where you live and we will help you find someone who is qualified.
