ACT staff will attempt to facilitate any special needs, as we are able.Studio/Control Room Rules1. Produces are not allowed to adjust any equipment in the studio control areas labeled ENGINEERING.2. Producers using the studio MUST have at least one ACT studio-trained crewmember (to include the producer, but excluding talent), in order to produce a TAPED show.3. Producers using the studio MUST have at least one ACT studio-trained crewmember (to include the producer, but excluding talent), in order to produce a LIVE show.4. Producers are not allowed on the studio ladder and are not allowed to adjust studio lighting. Staff members will be happy to make any adjustments desired by a community producer.5. Producers are responsible for making sure that their production is recorded to videotape on the VCR/DVD-R available in the studio.6. Producers are responsible for the cleanliness of the studio when leaving. Please leave the studio in the condition that you found it.7. No open food or drink in the studio control room.8. No open food or drink in the studio unless the staff has been notified.Rental RulesEquipment Liability- Signature RequiredThe undersigned assumes full responsibility for any and all damages and/or loss of equipment while in their possession and furthermore agrees to compensate for this damage and/or loss by reimbursement, at fair market value, to Athens Community Television, Inc. according to the terms established by Athens Community Television, Inc. should such an event occur. The undersigned also waives any and all personal damages incurred while using said equipment. Furthermore the undersigned must pay the appropriate deposit when renting equipment from Athens Community Television, Inc. The undersigned also agrees that if the said equipment is returned past the return date to Athens Community Television, Inc. they will forfeit their deposit. For each additional day past the return date the undersigned will be charged the appropriate late fee.
