The purpose of this quiz is to ensure that the trainees know how to use the approved Bank of America Script – as well as – to show proof that LRC has conducted the training and checked for understanding in accordance with the approved Change Management process that LRC has with Bank of America’s SSOT and Vendor Management teams.
