Our development team was doing a great job building our Property Management software - our core product. But we wanted to provide a knowledge base and help content for our user community. We needed something that helped our non-development staff to continuously edit the content so that our developers don't get distracted from their core product development duties.
ProProfs provided us the right solution. It helped us create a central knowledge repository across all areas of our application. We could add a context-sensitive help widget that popped-up on request from any page in our application, making it easy for users to access knowledge instantly. ProProfs helped us create a full help site and add tooltips that our users could access from within the application just by hovering over a field or 'information icon'. We were also able to filter the help pages by user types.
ProProfs support has always been available and responsive to our needs. We found areas that were not working as we expected, but support worked through these problems and resolved them. A good collaborative effort.
