We have great products and a long history. We needed an internal documentation system that would sync all of our documents from the main Acer headquarters database. Since Acer serves multiple countries and numerous languages, we needed a multi-language solution. Additionally, while our initial need is for internal documentation, we want to extend some of it to customers in the future. Therefore, we needed something that provided multiple security levels and password-protection to ensure scalability as we extend our documentation functionality.
We selected ProProfs because we recognized that they would provide us with a Powerful product with the support & customization we need. We created our internal documentation system using ProProfs Knowledge Base and synced our existing documents into it for secure access.
As we anticipated, ProProfs has good service and good structure. The service teams at ProProfs has a good attitude and strives to ensure customer queries are heard and answered. The team at ProProfs built the APIs to sync our documents, and helped us integrated with our ADFS. They also helped us set up our knowledge base home page to enable secure login functionality. And, importantly, ProProfs supports multiple languages, which is critical for us since we serve more than 160 countries.
