How quickly can I start my help desk?

Setting up ProProfs Help Desk is easy. When you login to ProProfs Help Desk for the first time you can set up your shared inbox settings (e.g. [email protected], [email protected], etc.). As soon as your inbox is set up, you can begin processing tickets. Our support team can walk you through the entire process after sign-up.

Who is a user?

A user is any member of your team who has their own ProProfs Help Desk login. Typically, users include support agents, billing team members, developers who are assigned to fix bugs, etc. They are able to resolve support requests, can be assigned tickets/incidents and interact with customers to resolve issues.

What’s it going to take to start my Knowledge Base?

You can set up your ProProfs Knowledge Base right away by setting up your unique URL, setting up the look and feel of your knowledge base, and importing existing documents, videos, and images that you have available. ProProfs Knowledge Base is easy to use, and no special training is needed.

How quickly can I add Live Chat to my site?

Adding live support chat on your websites is easy. Simply copy and paste your ProProfs Chat code on a webpage and start chatting with customers in minutes. The live chat software works on any web browser or operating software. Support operators can start a chat by simply logging into ProProfs Chat or via our desktops and mobile apps.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $1000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $50. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in this.

How do I cancel my plan?

It's simple. Just email us at billing@proprofs.com.

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, for any reason, you won't be charged a thing. We do not want your money unless you are truly happy with our product. If you choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again. We charge per full month; we don't prorate for pending months in the payment cycle in case of a refund.
