A contract is basically a legal agreement between two or more parties regarding sales, acquisition, employment, tenancy, and other factors. A contract can be both, in writing or a verbal agreement, and is intended to be enforced by the law in case the details of the contract are not met or complied with. A contract generally comes with a terms and conditions section when purchasing a product or service, and features guidelines for terms of employment when signing a hiring contract. A contract can be used to sue other parties that failed to oblige with the terms highlighted as well.
