Top AP Psychology Flashcards

Welcome to our psychology flashcards. Psychology is the study of behavior and the mind. It spans all areas of consciousness and unconsciousness, as well as thought. It is a social science which aims to better understand individuals or groups by establishing general principles and through research. In our first set of psychology flashcards, we are specifically focusing on the intelligence tests involved in psychology. We define what an intelligence test is and review common types of tests such as the Standford-Binet.

In our second set of flashcards, we discuss famous philosophers and important things they did. We ask questions like, “Which philosopher is most well known for theorizing that the mind at birth is tabula rasa or a "blank slate"?” In our final set of flashcards, we focus on learning and cognition. We ask questions like, “What is an unconditioned stimulus?” and “What is rehearsal?” Check out these flashcards for more information!
