3 Forms of communication
1) Verbal - 7% of communication. Vocabulary (slang, jargon, ESL), denotative/connotative, pace, intonation, clarity, timing, relevance 2) Non-verbal- 92% nonverbal. All five senses, subjective and subconcious. 3) Symbolic - art, music, drawings, child's play
