The right answer to this question is A. You first need to know more about the data that you will use in order to run your business. Think about it this way, will you have the ability to answer a test when you did not study for it beforehand?

This is the same with opening your own business. You need to know all the right information before you can proceed. If you do not do this, this will be hard for you for sure. As time goes on, you can make some changes to the data that you need for your business. The time will come when you can audit the information in order to fit your business and the different requirements.
