The "Danger Zone" (40 °F-140 °F).
Above mentioned temperature range is known as "Danger Zone" mostly.
Leaving food out of refrigeration for over 2 hours is strictly prohibited by the Meat and Poultry Hotline. If the temperature is above 90°F, you should not leave the food for more than an hour.
