C is the answer to this. The urine sample is showing signs of triple phosphate. There are different reasons why this may appear in the urine. This may happen when a person has ingested certain types of food. There are also instances when this will show that the person is suffering from a urinary tract infection.

There are times when people are not too concerned about the crystals that appear in urine because they feel that this is not too serious. There are still a lot of things that may be evident when urine is checked. Doctors should always be more open-minded about the results that will be received.
