The answer to this question is D. This is supposed to make you realize if you are speeding or not. Some people do not understand that they are rushing because they do not look at the yellow lines on the road. There are also some people who do not care much about the road signs and the rules because they feel that nothing wrong is ever going to happen to them.

You may be a careful driver, but you will never know how other drivers will drive. Also, if you do not pay attention to the road signs, you may also be a nuisance or a danger to the other drivers on the road.
