No it doesn't.

Authoritative Government is a rule of visually impaired submission to a specialist instead of the singular flexibility of thought and activity as though it’s perfect. Authoritarianism in government simply indicates any political governing system that delegates to the hands of pioneers or a little world class that is mindful of only its opinion without the public interference.

A type of administration or governance where professionalism is in the hands of a person alone is referred to as an Autocratic initiative. This individual can be a pioneer, an administrator, or even an entrepreneur who regularly has total control over a task/mission or work territory or an entire business and finalize options and choices with only his initiative and practically no contribution from other individuals.
