Then should the answer be electron transport since that is the process that occur in the mitochondria membrane

The Kreb cycle

Although the electron transport chain uses many of the products created in the Krebs cycle, they do not occur in the same place. The Krebs cycle occurs in the mitochondria and the electron transport occurs in the mitochondria membrane.
