We used to have a tomato plant but that was not very productive. Now, there are wild berries which grow beside the poison ivy. I have never tried to eat them, even though I do love raspberries. Wild raspberries are packed with sustenance, and they are energizing to eat as well.
They are an abundant source of vitamins c and k and they also contain a fair amount of fiber and calcium. You have to be careful not to pick poisonous berries and eat them so when in doubt, don't eat wild raspberries.
