While most of us think that it would be very obvious if we were pregnant, many people mistake the signs for something else. One common sign is when you miss your period. It is important to track your period so you know when you are late. Along with a missed period, you may notice that your breasts are swollen and tender. Shortly after you concieve, hormonal changes might begin taking place which cause the swollen or tender breasts.

This can be uncomfortable at first but it will usually decrease as you get father along in your pregnancy. Many women experience nausea and may or may not begin vomiting. "Morning sickness" can actually happen at any time of the day. This symptom usually occurs after a month or so.
