The correct answer is option B.
Identifying who will be responsible for making clients care decisions. The selection process of nursing care delivery system (NCDS) is an important component of the Nursing practice, which is necessary for planning and provision of patient and family centers care.

The aim of this selection process is to ensure that all patients are treated well at the right time. Other options like A are also important. Determining how planned the absences such as vacation time will be scheduled only for the staff to be treated fairly but for the administration and care of the patient to be appropriate and on time.

Option C is deciding what type of dress code will be implemented to be able to differentiate them and option D identifying salary ranges for various types of various.
