Some people seem to be tired all the time. There are some things to consider that might be root causes for a person feeling tired all the time. If you feel tired all the time you could have chronic fatigue syndrome, you could have sleep apnoea, or you could be suffering from anaemia.
You might also have thyroid issues, diabetes, depression, or anxiety. Stop to think about each of these things and ask yourself if they apply to you. If so you might fix your problems of feeling tired all the time by fixing the underlying root cause of this symptom.
