Emojis are digital representations of emotions used by many people on all forms of social media including snapchat. Emoji's are much like emoticons but have evovled over the years from punctuation marks that look like facial expressions to all sorts of smilelys and other small pictures representing emotions that might be better expressed as pictures rather than words. Snapchat offers a wide variety of Emojis that can be used to help one express what they are feeling along with the pictures or words that they are sending to their friends.
They can be used to express happiness, saddness, excitement, confusion or a variety of other emotions. These Emojis are usually pretty self explanatory and most people you are communicating with will understand what you are trying to convey.
