Hand the problem to the operational risk manager-2. keep it confidential-bribery is a very serious matter and once concerns are raised it is vitally important that they are investigated thoroughly and properly. your operational risk manager will thank you for raising your concern and will inform you to keep the situation confidential for the moment. this is not to cover up your concern but in order that the operational risk manager can ensure that the person allegations are made about is treated fairly during the investigation phase, after all the bribery may not have occurred and it would not be fair to make comments on the individuals guilt before the investigation has occurred.
