How do you use twitter?

You can use twitter by simply going to twitter. If you don’t have an account, just register and follow the directions. If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials. Once logged in, you can now post updates on your profile. Twitter currently has a 140-word limit, so you can’t basically post long status updates unless you use several applications such as TwitLonger and Tall Tweets. You can also add hashtags on your status, retweet another person’s tweet or quote another person’s tweet. You also have the option to either put your profile in public or in private, but if you chose the latter, people who do not follow you will not be able to see your tweets and hashtags.
