How do you cook chicken?

There are many ways to cook chicken. One of the healthiest ways to cook chicken is to cook it in the oven or to cook it on the stove in olive oil. Cooking it in the oven doesn’t add much to the food in terms of what you’re going to consume. It just makes sure the chicken is cooked. Same with the stovetop movement, except olive oil adds a few calories, but not a ton otherwise.
