Doing squats is a common exercise people do for strength training or to get a flatter midsection. However, there could be problems with squatting. If they are not done in the proper form, then they may not do any good. There are certain ways that the body parts should be placed during the squats in order for the squats to be productive. The chest must be held upward. This can make the person’s chest tiring when doing a large number of squats.

Many people will place their hands and arms over their chest. The back should be straight and the feet should be a few feet apart. The person will bend their knees. However, the knees should not extend past the person’s toes.
