If you want to bake kale, all you have to do is prepare the following ingredients: 2 bunches of kale (you can adjust this depending on how much kale you want to bake), 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic that are finely chopped, ½ teaspoon of sea salt, 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. While waiting, rinse the kale and dry thoroughly.
Remove the thick ribs and then chop the leaves. Once done, place the dry leaves on a baking pan and then toss it with garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, but make sure to stir it every five minutes or so until the leaves become slightly brown in color and the edges are crisp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and then serve!
