C is the answer to this question. A two-way street is a street that will allow vehicles to move in two different directions. This can be evident in highways wherein there is a lot of space for the drivers to drive. If it would be used in smaller roads, there is usually a line that is painted in the middle of the road that will signify that the two ways are meant to be used for two different directions.

Drivers should always look at the signs that are placed on the way to ensure that they are following the road rules and regulations. The painted line in the middle of the road also reminds drivers to stay on their side of the way to avoid potential accidents.
