If you take time and actually anayze the times you aeat something during the day, then you'll realize that you eat more than you expected. Sometimes, we eart every few hours without even realizing it. We also drink more liquids during the day. Keep in mind, you haven’t eaten for several hours when you wake up in the morning.

For example, if you went to bed at ten o’clock at night and you get hungry at midnight, that might seem normal. First, the last time you ate before going to bed was probably a few hours before going to bed. So, by the time midnight comes, it has been probably five or six hours since you ate. This is reasonable that you would be hungry. Most people sleep through it.
