A miscarriage can cause problems for a woman. There are some things that can be done to reduce the likelihood of another miscarriage. One way is with herbs. There are certain herbs that can be fatal to the fetus. Ingesting these herbs in moderation or even in small amounts will most likely not have an impact on the pregnancy. However, ingesting large quantities of these herbs may have an impact.

It may seem easy to stop eating these herbs, but it should be monitored more closely during a pregnancy. Some foods may not list the herbs used or the quantities are not listed on the package. Some of these herbs include parsley, cotton root bark, pennyroyal, blue cohosh and mugwort.
