Most vinegars can last quite a long time because they are used to preserve other foods. The acid in the vinegars can make it where it lasts longer. However, like all other foods there is an expiration date at some point. Different vinegars have different expiration dates depending on what is in them. The longest vinegar is white vinegar. Herbs expire too. However, just like vinegar, different herbs have different expiration dates too.

So, it would depend on the herbs that are in the vinegar. Since vinegar is fermented, that allows for the longevity of the vinegar. Most vinegars last longer if they have not been opened before. If they are opened, then they might last for a shorter period of time.
