Yes, Herbal products are safe.

The use of natural herbal products is very important to keep our body healthy and fit. Products manufactured artificially have harmful side effects. Nature gives us everything we need, the need is to formulate them in accordance with the requirements to deliver the best results.

There are no rules that can guarantee that herbal supplements are safe for everybody to use. Why? It’s because supplement contain different active ingredients that are found to have strong, negative effects in the body and can pose serious health risks. For example, if you are taking a combination of different herbal supplements or using a certain herbal supplement together with a prescribed medicine, then it could have life-threatening results.

However, it is also worthy to note that herbal supplements are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) but as dietary supplements, not drugs or food. This means that manufacturers can release herbal supplements in the market without asking for FDA’s approval and it’s only after herbal supplements are released in the market can FDA start monitoring its safety.
