The answer to this question is A. If you are already an adult, you can expect that your body will be composed of 50 to 65% water. This explains why there are a lot of people who would like to get rid of their water weight. They usually feel that this will allow them to feel lighter. Infants usually have more water weight. It can take up to 80% of their total body weight.

The composition of the body may change depending on people’s gender, fitness level, and the food that people eat. There are some people who may have more fat as compared to other people who have the same weight. This explains why you should not rely on your health on what the scale says.
