Welch’s fruit snacks are gluten free. This is not to say that they are healthier than any other gummi snack variety but just that they do not contain gluten which is a general name for the proteins found in wheat. While Welch’s fruit snacks are gluten free they do have a lot of sugars and dyes in them that may be harmful to a person that needs a gluten free diet anyway.
You should look up the entire list of ingredients and make your decision on whether they are safe for you based on all the ingredients contained within the fruit snacks. Some people who cannot eat gluten also have other things that they need to be aware of that they cannot consume either.
