There are several advantages to fast food but improving your health is not one of them. Burgers, hot dogs, fries, pizza and soft drinks are full of calories so will certainly increase weight. Obesity is the curse of the present historical period. Some of the effects of unhealthy fast food include obesity, cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes.

Fast food is due to your choices. Most of the choices at these places contain high amounts of fat and sugar. Also, you can get a large drink or french fries for just a little bit more than a small or medium sized item. This makes it tempting since it allows you to save money and fill you up for the rest of the night. Eating these items in bulk cab make you fat.

Eating too many of these meals that are loaded with calories and fat can lead to medical problems including diabetes, heart disease and brain problems. However, its convenience, availability, large menu and tasty meals make it tempting for most families.
