Project needs; -project needs are not part of the maslow hierarchy of needs. maslow established the theory of a hierarchy of needs. according to the theory, human beings are motivated by unsatisfied needs, and certain lower needs need to be satisfied before higher needs can be satisfied. according to his theory, maslow identified the following needs, in order of their levels from lowest to highest: - level 1: physiological needs (such as air, water, food, housing, and clothing); - level 2: safety needs (such as security, stability, and freedom from harm); - level 3: social needs (such as love, affection, recognition, and friends); - level 4: esteem needs (such as accomplishment, respect, attention, and appreciation); - level 5: self-actualization (self fulfillment, growth, and learning);
