Chocolate bars can be found in every grocery store. Many brands add different ingredients to their chocolate bars like almonds, peanuts, nougat and fruit. However, each chocolate bar is made in the same or similar way. The cook would mix cocoa, butter, milk and a form of sugar together. Depending on the chocolate bar that is being made, this will depend on the type of cocoa being used. There is dark chocolate, white chocolate and milk chocolate.

Other ingredients that would be added include vanilla flavoring. After heating and mixing these ingredients on a stove, a candy thermometer would be needed to make sure the candy gets to a certain temperature. Then when the candy reaches that temperature, the cook will pour the chocolate into a mold. It will harden over time.
