B, C, D Coverage C does not cover injuries incurred due to partcipating in athletic activities or injuries to workers but it would cover an injury to a customer on the insured's premis...Read More

A would be covered;however, Coverage C under CGL would not cover injuries incurred due to partcipating in athletic activites.
