C is the answer to this question. WCDMA is also known as Wideband Code Division Multiple Access. This is something that is used for 3G mobile networks. This is being used to make text messaging, voice, MMS, and data transmission possible.

Take note that WCDMA is different from 4G. When you choose WCDMA, this will only make your phone connect to 3G networks. You need LTE to connect to 4G networks. If you would like your phone to connect to the system which is the strongest, you can choose the option LTE/GSM/WCDMA. This will make it easier for you to send text messages, make calls, connect to mobile data, and so much more.
