B & c-if a distressed student is at the front desk demanding to see his/her assigned bot/ssp advisor, the ambassador must ask whether or not the student has made prior arrangements with the advisor. if not, they must book an appointment online. if the student is still demanding to see the advisor immediately and cant wait, the ambassador should then jabber steve (manager, bot) or michelle (program assistant, bot). this way, the ambassador will not need to deal with the distressed student directly.
