Every living species, from the smallest of ants to the largest of elephants, needs food to survive. Along with the other basic necessities of life, food is considered to be the number one need. Food helps our bodies function and it provides us with the energy to continually grow and live.

Every living species, from the smallest of ants to the largest of elephants, needs food to survive.

When our body properly digests and processes food, it allows our brains to function properly and to maintain our core body temperatures. Without proper nutrition, the body begins to shut down starting with kidney failure, slowly progressing to the point which all of your other organs will fail within a few weeks.
