What is the difference between an HO 2 & HO 4?



A. For HO 2, applicant Must be the homeowner and all perils are covered unless they re excluded, whereas HO 4 the insured Must be the owner of the dwelling
B. HO 4 is for condominium owners and an HO 2 is for tenants of the condominiums
C. HO 2 is written on a broad form basis and covers the owner of dwelling, whereas HO 4 is a renters policy
D. HO 2 is written on a basic form while an HO 4 is the special/open peril form
