What is the proper Deal Edit Procedure? What are the steps the sales rep Must take to get this resolved? There are two different solutions depending on the type of issue; please list both.

Sales rep finds problem. then goes to their dsm. if editorial needs to make change, dsm must approve & sales rep must submit ticket to grouhelpon.zendesk.com (editorial). once change is made, goes back to sales rep & sales rep then needs to create ticket for csinternal (providing all appropriate requirements in ticket) to send announcement to all customers. 2. sales rep finds problem. then goes to their dsm. if editorial does not need to make change, dsm must approve issue. then sales rep needs to create ticket for csinternal (providing all appropriate requirements in ticket) to send announcement to all customers of issue. cs will always determine if announcement is necessary but should always be made aware of any issues.
