Proof-of-concept will require to Decide on standard ways of using, managing, storing and maintaining the tool and the test assets. This is important because there are tools that will surely affect the way that the software will be able to work.

Take note that the tool can be used in small-scale projects first then it can be improved over time within the time frame that has been set by the current organization. By doing letter D, they will be able to learn more about the tool and how the tool can be used well for pilot testing. There are also some tools that will be used to evaluate or improve already existing programs.
