How can the atom still bring criminals to their senses even though he is tiny?

Even though he is smaller than a regular human (way smaller) he still has the same mass and body strength. he can jump on an eraser and catapult himself very far, but he can also hit a criminal and knock him out. he doesnt lose body mass or strength, no matter how he shrinks.he can teleport himself through a telephone, and then knock the person on the other side of it out. he could call them, then shrink and turn them in to the police. its as easy as that. there are many more things the atom can do to take down criminals.he could send his body through an electrical wire. he can move around town in a catapult that he built himself. he can move around using telephones. finally, he can jump on an eraser and fl into the air.
